Helios Concrete Smokehouse

We created the Helios concrete smokehouse with culinary enthusiasts and lovers of the authentic taste of smoked dishes in mind. Our smokehouse is a combination of solid construction, innovative solutions and carefully selected materials that guarantee not only efficiency, but also long-term durability.

Reliability in materials and construction

The concrete smokehouses we produce are made of concrete with the highest strength class C35/45. This mixture was designed specifically to meet the durability requirements related to intensive use. The strength, frost resistance and water absorption of the concrete ensure a long life for the smokehouse even in difficult weather conditions. Each structural element has been additionally reinforced with ribbed steel, ensuring durability and stability.

• Side fireplace with adjustable air supply
• Additional element above the fireplace, acting as a shelf
• Precise deflector for even smoke distribution
• Thermometer
• Six rods for hanging cold cuts on several levels
• The fireplace is made of sheet metal covered with heat-resistant paint
• Upper damper
• Wooden alder doors available in natural or charred versions

Painting

Smokehouse secured with a two-layer painting – primer and then thick paint, which allows you to preserve the original color. At the customer's request, we will paint the smokehouse in a different selected color that matches the garden.

Assembly

Assembly is very easy and quick - using high-temperature silicone (to be purchased separately) and screws included in the shipment.

Additional options

• Possibility to extend the smoke channel - one extension element measures 58 x 58 x 34 cm
• The smokehouse can also function as a grill
• The set should include an ash pan and a stainless steel grate (with removable handles, also ideal for smoking)
• Additional shelf - to create a set with shelves on both sides, order two additional elements measuring 58 x 58 x 34 cm
