The exercise bench set is a set consisting of the KSSL010 bench with the appropriate barbell, a set of weights, a reinforced Sz bar and dumbbells. With the adjustable bench, you can not only adjust the position in which you perform the exercise, but additional elements of the set will also help you adjust the exercise to your individual level.
